Step 1: We ask you to fill out a questionnaire about your system basics.

Step 2: We will schedule up to 2-hour meeting with your key financial and IT users. During a live demo, we look “under the hood” at your Dynamics GP system and SQL server.

We will check things such as:

·      Are you default settings configured properly?

·      Are SQL maintenance and backups being performed regularly?

·      Which modules do you own that you are not using?

·      Which out of the box reports have not been deployed?

·      Are you using add on products that are no longer necessary?

·      What processes are time consuming and manual that can be automated?

·      Server performance – Using out DexWatch tool may be critical to monitor your servers.

Step 3: We will deliver a summary of our findings along with a prioritized list of action items with cost estimates. You are free to do whatever you like with this information, no strings attached.
