A Healthcare Technology Company Replaces HubSpot with Dynamics 365 Sales
A healthcare technology company delivering virtual care and diagnostic solutions had outgrown the tools it started with.
Customer and sales data lived across HubSpot, spreadsheets, and a handful of other systems, with no single source of truth. The sales team spent as much time managing information as they did managing relationships.
That's the situation this company brought to Dexpro Dynamics.

The Challenge Before Dexpro
The company needed more than a new CRM. It needed a foundation built for how a healthcare technology business actually sells, with a repeatable process and reporting that made sense. Lead management, opportunity tracking, and customer relationships all needed a real home, and the sales process itself needed standardizing so results didn't depend on who happened to be running a deal.
As the company grew, the gaps in a patchwork system became harder to ignore. Reporting took days instead of minutes, and leadership couldn't get a clear read on the pipeline without pulling data from three different places.
The Dynamics 365 Solution from Dexpro Solution Architects
Our solution architects led the conversation from day one, and the plan centered on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales as the platform to replace HubSpot and unify customer data in one place.
From there, we configured the platform around healthcare specific processes, built out business process flows, and set up territory management so the team could work leads and accounts with more structure. We moved the company's historical customer data into the new system and connected Dynamics 365 with Outlook, so the sales team wouldn't lose the email workflows they already relied on.
We also built out dashboards and Power BI reporting, and delivered hands on training so both end users and administrators could run the system confidently once we stepped back.
We didn't push every available feature on day one. Our solution architects recommended a phased rollout, starting with the core sales process and reporting the team needed most, so adoption stayed manageable instead of overwhelming.
The Results with Dynamics 365 Sales
With the new platform in place, the company now runs its customer, prospect, and sales activity through a single CRM. Manual work has given way to automated workflows and a standardized sales process, and leadership has real time visibility into the pipeline through dashboards and reporting that didn't exist before.
The platform also opens the door to AI assisted selling and deeper customer insights, and it gives the company a foundation to expand into Dynamics 365 Business Central, Teams, SharePoint, and Customer Insights as the business grows.
The Next Phase of the Microsoft Dynamics Ecosystem
With a solid CRM foundation in place, the company is positioned to expand into the broader Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem as their needs grow, rather than starting from scratch again.
If your sales team is still managing customer relationships across spreadsheets and disconnected tools, we'd welcome the conversation.
